Good professional work polite and helpful staff you pay for what you get if you want a cheap job go and find a company that uses cheap materials. That's not to say they are expensive could think of a few more expensive company's that you wouldn't get half as good service very neat and professional job.

I recently had a problem with a product that had failed from this company. I called them to arrange a warranty to be told that they would not uphold the warranty as the products were installed by one of their builders direct instead of through myself. On speaking with them and their MD, I found them to be extremely unhelpful and Trevor the MD was extremely rude and offensive. I was also told I don't have a warranty. I will be contacting trading standards.

Fitted new front door. Absolutely superb service from start to finish. The staff at the Denmead and Clanfield were very helpful and polite. Our fitter (Brian) turned up on time and carried out a very neat and tidy job. We are very happy with our lovely new front door. Thank you to everyone at Glasstec. Would thoroughly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
