We purchased a British fire from Eden Hearth &Home and Tracy was extremely helpful and knowledgable.
The fire was delivered and installed within seven days Zac and James did a great job with the Instalation and left the area in our house clean and tidy

We have just had a new gas fire and marble surround fitted in our lounge. The service was brilliant from the original inception of the project to it's completion. The showroom is a very comfortable place to browse and the personnel are very attentive and efficient. All stages of the work were completed on the agreed dates to an extremely high… standard by highly competent contractors. The balance between friendliness and professionalism was spot on. Always try to support local independent businesses but only if they deserve it.....the appalling service received from this lot has gifted an order worth over £3k to a competitor. In this current climate one would have thought that every customer was worthwhile. Luckily I found out how bad they are before parting with any money.

I am so happy with the removal of my old an ugly non-eco friendly gas fire place and Eden Hearth & Home replacing the whole hearth, with matching mirror and adding an electric optimist wood burner, it has transformed my room. The work was done quickly and painlessly, the expected dust was well contained and the with friendly faces. I just need to re-decorate now!
