WARNING. Easicook in the UK is NOT a reputable company. I paid for some items to be shipped to Australia only to be told the products were not available, but an alternative one was for twice the price. After some discussion it was decided I could have a refund which so far they have refused to do for no reason. This company is a scam and should not be operating.

We would not recommend this company at all, we purchased parts from their site using their parts book but once they arrived they were wrong. so we promtly sent them back. we were then told we had to pay a 25% restocking on the total amount plus a 10% charge for send the parts back to their suppliers ?? We decided a refund was due but to this day we… have recieved nothing but excuses. we are out of pocket to the tune of £300 not to mention the stress of having our dishwasher down for 6 weeks. The correspondence with this company is dreadful so please please consider this company carefully

Excellent service. I had contacted the Italian manufacturer of my glasswasher.
The contacted Easicook, who in turn contacted me, giving me a link to order and pay for my part.
The part arrived the next morning, and Ben sent a schematics to help with the fitting.
I had previously been quoted over £300, for the part by a local supplier.
Easicook charged me £135 for the part.
Ben also responded immediately via e mail, when I contacted him for further advice, when I encountered a couple of other issues.
I would definitely recommend Easicook.

Very poor service. Delivered a faulty dishwasher and didn't accept the responsibility since it was reported after 72 hours (even though verbally reported earlier). The holes on the front cover was misaligned - obviously a manufacturing error. Technician sent twice, couldn't repair the machine. Reports said needs to be returned. They even tried to charge for this and collection. They also suggested drilling holes on the brand new machine. Very genius advise! Don't recommend anyone unless you feel very lucky to think what you will receive will be in full working order. If things go wrong they don

Placed order on Thursday for next day delivery (Friday). No parts arrived Friday, Or Saturday.
Called 3 times on the Friday afternoon (voicemail left) to advise no parcel received and check tracking status. No returned call.
Monday 10am still no contact. Called to check delivery status - was advised courier layover delayed delivery until Monday. Not ideal with a broken commercial dishwasher in a busy cafe!
No compensation offered, no postage reimbursement. Manager not available to speak to - email exchange required to take matters further.
Lost interest. First and last order... will try other

Easicook were fantastic. As always there are 2 sides to a story. Easicook sourced spares and even a wiring diagram for me for equipment no longer manufactured. Frankly they saved me a fortune when they could have easily tried to sell me a replacement machine. The spares arrived quickly and at reasonable cost. So what if they don't take orders over the phone. Written instructions mean that the onus is on you the customer to clearly define what you want. Would you expect your chef to cook an order without a check? Thank you Ben in Customer Service – Good job – well done.

I ordered a small part £30.00 a small nut for our dishwasher at 11am, 12.30 I found the old one so I tried to cancel and was told by the manager that it was to late as the robots in Germany had already processed the order and could not be stopped, if I returned the good they would charge me the £10.00 carriage and 25% restocking. You learn by your mistakes, never trust a robot or easicook

Quite happy to take money for 5 new dishwashers at £2k+ ea but later when one broke down, after trying to call several times to find the office was "on lunch" for over an hour, we were informed no one was available to talk to and we would have to diagnose the problem (with little assistance) via web chat.
To top it all off it took 21 emails to order 5 replacement parts, they totally refused to accept the order by phone, this after we had spend in excess of £10k, ridiculous!
Buy elsewhere and pay a little more if necessary to ensure good customer service.

CAVEAT EMPTOR " Let the buyer beware" I have recently ordered a spare part for a dishwasher. This part was identified from the catalogue on their website. The part supplied was wrong part and is not fit for purpose. Now the fun starts. Ihave tried to return only to be told there is a restock charge of 25% not to mention the minimum order charge at the beginning so far I have spent £21 on a £3 item with no chance of a refund. The guy who sends me emails is Ben but you never get to talk to him, he's never in the office If ever there was a case of information asymmetry this is it.
