The staff at giggs and bell have been amazing always communicating with us and keeping us up to date with our purchase. Special shout out to Jordan for showing us the property and denzel for always keeping us up to date with the purchase. When we went to collect the keys the team had a little house warming hamper which was an act of class and we really admired that. Will definitely recommend for any purchases or sales to use these guys!

After doing my due diligence on estate agents with a solid track record of sales in my local area (Barton Hills), I met with representatives from 5 companies for valuations, of which one was Giggs & Bell. A close friend of mine recommended them and they certainly didn't disappoint.

Great viewing with Jordan. Jordan arranged the viewing last minute for me and he was so accommodating. He showed us around the property but didn’t rush us. Cannot recommend Giggs and Bell enough. Derek set the standards high when coming to view our home when we were thinking of putting it on the market. He made us feel completely at ease and his friendly non-pushy approach meant it was an easy decision when choosing which estate agent to use. Jordan and Eloise did the viewings and kept in touch ensuring we got feedback and updates following each viewing. Once accepting an offer Denzel kept us to date through all stages and could not have done enough for us.
