Kevin is a Gents Barber with over 35 years experience, having started when he was a teenager he has built up a wealth of experience and expertise in the barbering trade. Kevin has worked in London and Wales before finally settling in Plymouth where he has gained a great reputation as a great barber.
There's nothing quite like a wet shave, not only does a wet shave make you look sharper and smarter, it relaxes and invigorates, Walid who is a master of an age-old craft that requires a steady hand and nerves of steel. We may be a little more relaxed in our approach to grooming these days.
It's certainly considered more of a luxury treatment to go to a barber for a straight razor shave - either as a relaxing way to forget about the stresses of life or as preparation for a special event (perhaps a Wedding day).A wet shaving still represents an important part of the men's grooming tradition and makes a clear statement about the client's sense of self.

I took my 3 year old boy for his first ‘proper’ haircut here last week (I was hacking at him prior to this). The barber we had was absolutely brilliant with him. He could see my boy was nervous but put him at… ease by pretending to cut his teddy bear’s hair first and talking to him throughout the session. The lollipop at the end was very welcomed too. Will definitely consider returning here when his next one is due.

Walid was fantastic with my little boy and kept him calm for his first hair cut. Listened to exactly what we wanted and cut his hair brilliantly. Spoke to our son really gently and took his time with him. Even kept back some of his hair for us as a keepsake. Our son loves his new hair and is showing it off to everyone. Thanks again, Walid!
