My neighbour reversed into my car and their insurer asked me to pick a repairer from a list in Stoke-on-Trent. I chose these as I have used them before and they have been around the longest and quite a few people I knew have used them before too. Couldn't fault them from start to finish. Excellent job and you can tell they are a family firm with the personal touch. I even recommended them to my neighbour and they repaired her car too!

Very poor experience. Car was booked in for insurer repair, very bad communication with rental company. I was told I had the hire car until 8th March 2021 only for it to be changed without notice. I was told I had to return the car within 24 hours of being notified that my own car was ready. The lady I spoke with said she was the Owner's daughter. When I explained that she was leaving me no alternative but to contact the insurance company, her flippant response was that I could. Seems like all she cared about was revenue. Formal complaint has been raised with them and I will contact the insurance

Customer service, as always, was brilliant. Moreover, the quality of workmanship was superb and beyond anything I have experienced at other local garages. On a previous occasion, I was told that my car would be written off but my insurance company told me that if I could find a garage that would provide an estimate within budget then they would authorise the repairs. This garage did just that BUT without compromising the quality of the repairs. Thanks to Brockfords I was able to enjoy another 7 years with the car of my dreams!!! So, more recently, when my car was in need of some TLC, I did not

After my car was vandlised, my insurance company put my car here to be repaired. It's taken over a month to get repaired, but the company has tried to keep me updated with regular updates. I would have provided a higher rating if my vehicle was repaired quicker but I gave to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful when I was speaking with them.

After getting rear ended Brocksford were the place my insurance sent me for the repair. Brocksford were superb in the repair work carried out and the constant updates kept me informed as to what stage it was at. They even delivered the car back to my home after the repair. Very very satisfied with their quality of work and customer service.
