The company changed ownership in early 2019 to The Ethical Animal Group, which was founded by animal lover Michael Jeans. Came in today to buy a pair of boots for walking, tried on a pair of Mountain Horse stable boots and they were just what I was looking for, fed up with wearing wellies! The young lady who served us was so friendly, the dog loved all the fussing he got, so everyone was happy! (Just had a walk in them, perfect 👏👍) so thoroughly recommend this store, thank you

Lovely shop to browse in. So happy to actually see greeting cards that are ‘horse related’ on sale there now. Could do a lot better though still. Riding gloves should be in one place and not spread out in 3 totally different sections other ends of the shop, put the thermal riding gloves away and think summer maybe 😀. Staff are great 😉

Absolutely stunned on the service I got the other day. I brought a pair of ariat mud boots less than a year ago and they broke and just by checking the system for the purchase i was able to get an exchange. Was done soo quick and effortlessly couldn't believe it. Love having a wonder in the store love all their products and service. Thanks guys
