Thank you for resolving the issue we had with some aggregate left on our drive post job.
We are delighted with the artificial grass work, as previously mentioned. The on-site team were excellent, polite and courteous.
Gemma, at customer services, has pulled out all the stops to help us with the removal of the aggregate.
Despite the aftercare issues, we would definitely recommend.

I have recently bought artificial grass, my brother is putting the grass down. The issue is with customer services. We were miss sold the foam backing. Eventually they agreed to a refund. They have collected the product we have phoned three times now to get the money back each time there has been an excuse. If you have agreed and collected the… product then I do not see what the issue is. We spent over a £1000. We would really appreciate somebody contacting us and getting this sorted. I should not have to be leaving a review just to get a refund.

I would not recommend the Trulawn Harmony grass range. The plastic backing frays and produces frayed cotton looking blades within the grass, many of which are loose. A lot of the blades almost look like a snagged blanket. This is not acceptable given this is their most expensive range of grass and the number 1 aim is to replicate the real thing.… Maybe the grass I received is faulty and suffers from this more but Trulawn are not interested in any sort of refund for a very poor quality product.
Other grass ranges are probably fine, just stay away from the harmony one.

We've just had our lawn installed. It looks amazing. After doing a lot of research, I found Trulawns to be very helpful.
Aaron came and measured up and explained everything in great detail.
Darren & the lads installed it, they were such polite lads, and were real hard grafters, they left my place spotless after each day. (keep up the good work, as it speaks volumes)
I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Trulawn recently laid grass in our front back garden and right from the start we were impressed. The rep who came to see us, Lisa, was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The quote was an average of others we… got but the finished result is fantastic. The 4 men who came to install the lawn arrived punctually and worked their socks off hardly stopping all day and have done a wonderful job. They were courteous and polite at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Truelawn.

Had our grass installed last week was worried as we had a drain cover and a big tree on our lawn but the guys did a brilliant job concealing the drain cover but still having it accessible wouldn't even know it was there. I believe with artifical grass you get what you pay for even though it was a little pricey it was well worth the money to get the job done right can even see where the grass joins either. 10 out of 10 job
