South West Tinting is a well established company trading since early 2009, created to fill a gap in our local market. Our aim is to offer a professional, friendly and helpful service at a competitive price. After working in the motor trade for 5 years previous and being besotted with cars from about age 15, I wanted to branch out in to the self employed world.
A selection of questions commonly asked by customers, if you cannot find your answer here please do not hesitate to contact us. This varies on each job/vehicle depending on how much glass we are tinting, sizing and difficulty. This can be advised when receiving a quote but you can rest assured we would rather not be rushed in providing the best possible finish for your vehcile.

Took my Porsche 911 for PPF Paint Protection Film. The guys are really friendly and helpful. They explained the key areas to cover and set out a plan to protect it. As agreed car was booked in with the tints to be done also. I'm always nervous when I get people working on my car, but when I collected the car, it looked stunning. It was delivered back like new, PPF was like it wasn't on there. They even sorted a headlamp issue they spotted. Tints looked factory - exactly as I wanted and they tuned the car adding another 100bhp and loads of torque! The car now drives better, uses less fuel, looks

I came in yesterday to get my MK6 Golf stage 1 remapped as I wanted a little more power. They definitely delivered! Managed to get an extra 50bhp and 42ft/lbs torque and it’s so much faster and responsive.
James and Laura were very attentive in getting me booked in, they even called me when they had some spare time to see if I wanted to come in earlier.
James was very chatty, took me out for a test drive after to ensure there were no problems with the drive or warning lights.
I would definitely recommend.
