We have our own Mobile Phone Network on the on the UK's biggest network covering 99.7% of the UK population. This allows us to offer unbeatable packages, tariffs and customer service. Our network partner is Vodafone. We also have the ownership of a wireless broadband network covering Yorkshire and Humberside. This allows broadband and leased line service to broadband non-spots.

By partnering with BT Openreach, BT Wholesale and Vodafone we really have brought the best players in the industry together on to our own network to provide unbeatable offerings and service.To support our broadband service we have UK based Microsoft Certified Professionals supporting you. They can help with mobile phone queries as well as the more technical problems of broadband and leased lines.

Lakeside Telecoms gurantees to be the most cost effective telephone deal for any organisation. We buy our lines wholesale from BT Wholesale and so we are then able to offer amazing line rentals and packages for any organisation. From the moment you call we will assign you an account manager. They will be your point of contact for all our services.
When Lakeside Telecom provide you with BT services a standard fault repair service, Level 1, is included in the rental. Enhanced maintenance services, Level 2 and Level 3 are available for an additional rental charge.

On the rare occasion whenever you have a fault simply log the fault with Lakeside Telecom and we will inform BT and they will liaise directly with you to provide advice by telephone, where possible carry out diagnostics checks from BT premises.If this does not diagnose or clear the fault BT will, if necessary, visit your premises.
