Excellent service the nice man that served me knew exactly what mattresses to show me when I said a description of what I wanted. Made an exception even tho there weren't any delivery slots left he had it delivered within 45 mins of purchase and for the comfortable mattress it's a very reasonable price I would recommend to anyone to go here to buy mattresses. Thankyou for the great service guys.

When mum and I went in a lovely lady helped she wasn’t pushy asked what we was looking for and prices range just got my bed yes okay the top of the bed isn’t quiet stay with the bottom by a 2cm but I have slept in it the mattress is amazing and the bed fit all my clothes and paper work and picture books and the men that come to put together very friendly just got on with it and made it very happy with my new bed

Brilliant service. I popped into shop Tuesday, ordered bed etc.. told delivery would be Thursday ( 2 days later) between 12 and 5pm... they arrived 12-20pm...lunchtime... super service, all set up for me, even put my mattress back on bed for me. For a small charge they took my old bed away... Highly recommend

I would highly recommend Kaos, the sales lady was lovely and really helpful I didnt feel pushed to buy something I didnt like and she helped me find the most affordable and suitable bed for me. My bed was then delivered the next day and I couldn't have asked for nicer people to do it they set it all up for me and were very efficient. Overall I'm very happy with my new bed from kaos.

Never used Kaos before, spoke with a super helpful guy in store a few weeks ago and got a mattress sorted👍 Kaos then got messed about by their supplier but to Kaos's credit, they kept be updated and it was delivered a couple of days ago. Mattress is proper comfy, a massive improvement on my old one and a great price too!!!
