KTG do not tamper with your wages and holiday pay. They pay on the designated pay day. They deal with complaints promptly. The staff are polite, caring, reliable and accessible. Anytime of the day you mail, call or text, someone always responds. I do not regret working with KTG and I recommend KTG anytime I have the chance to.

Fantastic company to work for, great communication from all the office staff. Plenty of shifts available and they always introduce me to the clients before my first home care shift. The training was excellent and covered everything i needed to know plus more , its also a great opportunity to meet new people. I have worked for KTG for over 3 years and I wouldn't work anywhere else.

With the professional training that I received from KTG made me confident to try my skills at care homes. Sofar the trading had been spot on.
When phoning in you always get the friendly and sweet voice of Claire, she is always friendly and assist me in all of my questions.
The back up staff is also very friendly and assist as far as what they can. I mainly work with Divesh, Nick, Lisa and Debbie and and always find them to be an professional team.
