My story begins from birth on the family farm in the middle of nowhere in the far North of Scotland. Right beside the loch my sister and I spent every day throughout childhood surrounded by sheep and lambs, cows and calves, pigs, geese, ducks, semi wild cats and lots of amazing, beautiful and incredibly intelligent Border Collie sheepdogs.
Here at Bedford Dog Walker we offer both group and solo walks at some of the best and safest locations locally. If you require a Bedford dog walking service we can help. With more than 35 years experience of owning & walking my own dogs I've decided to offer my services to other dog owners in the Bedford area.
Perhaps you don't own your own vehicle and the local taxi company has a no pets rule. Our dedicated pet transport vehicle comes complete with Lintran cages suitable for breeds large and small. Whether it's a trip to the vets, a groomers appointment or a house move we can help. Other requests include collecting a kitten or puppy from a breeder and transporting dogs to a kennels.

I have nothing but praise. Due to work commitments I wasn't able to walk my dogs so I called Iain. It was immediately apparent that it was a good decision, my dogs love him, they get so excited when they see him. Friendly and professional service, I had no worries, stress or problems at all. We had met Iain and his dog Lio before he started this service so we were confident he would be a reliable, trustworthy choice when we needed some help with our Lab Alfie. Everything has been to our required high standard. Iain first met us to make a thorough assessment of all our needs, focusing on Alfieās personality , his likes , dislikes etc. Alfie has some medical history which is important for any walker to understand. Iain showed us his Dog First Aid, Police check and Insurance documents and gave us some detail on his long history with dogs. He talked about

Bedford Dog Walker ā our review Feb 2018.
Our CairnĀ terrier Angus is nearly one now and is still learning lots of things about the world, including which other dogs are good to play with on walks and how to always come back when called quickly every time.
Iain took Angus out with a well matched dog and took photos of them playing really well together on their walk. Angus came back happy and appropriately tired. We will use Bedford Dog Walker with total confidenceĀ whenever we have busy days when we cant manage to take him ourselves. Iain also introduced us to the benefits of natural unprocessed
