Services
Anja and Felicity have the technical ability to design pieces from scratch or to create pieces to include any jewels you may already have. After discussing your requirements we will create expert drawings and wax models to help you visualise your new piece of jewellery. When you are happy with the design, we will oversee its creation with our master goldsmith, who will sculpt raw materials into your new beautifully crafted piece of jewellery.
One of the first things most people learn about diamonds is that not all diamonds are created equal! In fact, every diamond is unique. Diamonds come in many sizes, shapes, colours, and with various internal characteristics. All polished diamonds are valuable. That value is based on a combination of factors.
Provenance is important to us. It's also increasingly significant to buyers and investors of gold and silver, who value the assurance that they are not only buying an exceptional precious metal but also making a substantial contribution to the producing mining communities. Sadly, there have been instances in the past where an abuse of human rights and poor sourcing of precious metals and gemstones have been intertwined.
Finger size is not the same as knuckle size and since a ring has to be large enough to pass over your knuckle first, it is often too large for the base of your finger and will roll or turn when worn. Superfit's hinge and latch design is virtually invisible, an exquisite combination of micro-engineering and a jeweller's design artistry.
Pop in and see us at 10 Friar Street to enjoy a coffee and chat whilst we clean your jewellery using our Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath. We enjoy having a catch up with our customers and want everyone to feel welcome. And of course, this service is free. While we are taking the time to make your jewellery sparkle again we can help with any jewellery care advice you might need.

A huge thank you to Anja and the team for their exceptional service. From the start they listened to what I wanted and gave plenty of options resulting in a bespoke engagement ring. The team genuinely care and go the extra mile for you, which they have done for me/my partner on more than one occasion already. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again!

A massive thank you to Anja Potze and the wonderful team, they made such a difference and helped me plan the perfect proposal... at least to my fiancé's eyes, and isn't that what really matters..?
I visited their lovely little store on Friar St with an idea in mind for the type of ring, but they helped me refine my search. We went through a selection of different options and Felicity helped explain and define the different aspects of the ring, the clarity, weight, materials and what that meant to the way it looks and wears.
Once we had the perfect ring selected, they then helped me with my proposal
