Ordered a climbing frame online and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Unfortunately the courier company massively let us down on the delivery but Adventure Toys were very helpful in getting the issue sorted, refunded the additional delivery charge and arranged with the courier to change the delivery address as I wasn’t going to be home on the day they rearranged delivery. Can’t fault the service from Adventure Toys

Absolutly fantastic company to deal with.. Great communication and super speedy delivery. Ordered some spare parts for a little tikes sand and water table which in itself isn't easy these days to obtain spare parts without having to buy a whole new product from scratch. Well packaged aswell. Well done adventure toys!!

Iam a Hgv driver & I made a delivery there and greeted by the offer of a cup of tea, the staff where friendly & helpful. It is very tight, so if ur making a delivery there, I would ring first to make sure there is nothing there as once ur committed, your committed, they will watch you out as you have to reverse.. Thank you, one of the most friendly places I've delivered too
