Shadrack & Wallace have been crafting individually hand made sofas and chairs for the past thirty years. Our showroom, on Radford way Billericay, has a large sample of what we can produce, however, we can discuss your requirements and tailor any item to suit.

Outstanding! 5 star +++++ and some! Such a great experience and high quality furniture! We entered the showroom looking for new sofa's and was about to leave as we thought this looks a bit shabby, there is nothing for us here! But we had totally missed the point, this is not a standard sofa show room this is an upholsterers who make beautiful furniture, it is not DFS!
We were greeted by a lovely helpful lady who explained that the showroom provides base line examples which allow you to add your own design, shape, size, colour etc, (which scared us a little as we are clueless on the design front

Bought a sofa and 2 armchairs a good few years ago. Need another now for a different room and will definitely be going back to S&W. The service was great. The choices personal and special and the quality of furniture is excellent. It still looks like new after all this time. It is a must see show room.

A massive shout out for Graham Wallace and team who took my second hand £15 chair, bought for my disabled 18yr old son, and completely transformed it to make it something special for a teenage boy... Fantastic selection; patient, creative team and a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much, guys :-)

Very disappointed - shoddy work
We took a large, high quality brown leather Bean bag to have a zip replaced and the bag restuffed. We waited six weeks and after lots of phone calls we kept being told the zip was coming in and then it would be done. When I arrived to pick it up the man bundled it straight into my car and didn't let me look at it. The bag was all dirty. When I got home the zip had not been replaced at all, there was just some very poor sewing on the suede bottom where the zip had been removed. I phoned to ask what on earth had happened and what I had paid for and they have not rung
