Oververde ( H2O Profile Cutting Ltd. ) is a company headed by systems designers and treatment technology specialists. The company started in July of 2014 after it's sister company Overwrought Engineering Ltd, was approached by a multinational waste management company who were experiencing process problems with their wastewater treatment systems.
After consultation with the customer, the need for a combined active aeration and circulation unit was identified. Our design and engineering team reacted by developing an efficient and effective system to drive the biological treatment plants without de-stabilising the distinct layers of microbes that were crucial in the stepped treatment process.

One of our main focuses at Oververde is the design and supply of efficient and cost effective aeration systems to our customers. Aeration systems are often the main component of a waste or water treatment system as well as being a key component of aquaculture and drinking water production operations.
The PondnymphTM aerator/mixers have been designed to increase the effectiveness of surface aeration while keeping energy requirements to a minimum. This has been achieved by developing aeration using the flow of the water to draw in air without the need for air pumps or compressors. The fine air bubbles produced are delivered beneath a high velocity surface flow to maximise bubble retention time and oxygen transfer.
PondskaterTM aerator/mixer have been designed as highly adaptable system to aerator water and wastewater. The basic Pondskater relies on passive aeration as water with low dissolved oxygen is drawn from depth and dispersed across the surface of the water body/treatment lagoon. We can also offer a range of accessories to greatly increase the aeration and area covered by the Pondskater aerator/mixer.
Our unique design of fine bubble aeration equipment provide cost effective, efficient aeration for the raising of dissolved oxygen levels and increasing of water circulation in ponds, lakes and treatment lagoons. They have been designed to maximise air to water transfer while gently circulating the water, without disturbance to the sediment/sludge layer.
