Worst pharmacy EVER for delivery medication, every month its never on time, sometimes can be day's, terrible customer service, use teco instead soo much better.

Horrible service received which led to me cancelling my order. They refused to process my order despite me sending in my ID details multiple times. Bear in mind my order was stuck on hold FOR OVER 2 weeks. I did not hear from them unless I reached out first! Absolutely ridiculous. Took my order to Dr Fox who processed it within a couple of hours and sent it out! Would recommend them as they seem to know what they are doing.

Edit: following the reply to my pharmacy below, I would like to state that's actually not true. The photo which shows their delivery attempt was at my fire escape where there is no doorbell. I had also contacted my pharmacy twice, but they stopped replying. I have contacted them now for a third time and hoping they'll actually respond this time.
I paid for next day delivery, but the delivery person couldn't find my address and missed posting 2 days in a row. My pharmacy refused to then refund me, and instead said I should pay for redelivery which they suggested was around £30. Seriously disappointed

Never in my life have i come across customer service like this. spoken to a gentleman who has made my mother cry. tell her it was her responsibility to remember to order her own prescription when this has never been the case until lately. they say they are under staffed and its my mithers responsibility who is disabled and has short term memory… issues. she tried her best to remember how ever this is not always possible. disgraceful behaviour. even after speaking to the doctor who confirmed that the pharmacy should be ordering their customers prescriptions he continued to argue with me and

Did not receive item. 3 days ago, 3 days after if was supposed to arrive, I cantact MyPharmacy informing them and asking for an update. After one day they sent me an email asking me to leave them a review on Trustpilot. After 3 days more, no delivery and no reply, AVOID!
UPDATE: I have investigated further and have found that the item was received after all so I apologise and have updated the one star to three. It would have been five but as I said, my email query (using your website contact form) was ignored.

AWFUL service from MyPharmacy. Knowingly sent only 1 of 4 items ordered with no explanation which I then had to chase and chase to then get a partial refund. Customer service definitely not a priority for them. Use a more reputable company.

Terrible. They wouldn’t admit to losing my passport ID after requesting it multiple times. After my sending it, they had to ask again for my order number. This exchange of emails happened over several days despite mypharmacy charging £7 for next day delivery.
The best thing I received, several days later, was a full refund.
It’s concerning to think, these people dispense drugs 😳

Ordered Optrex Infected Eyedrops (which were not easy to source from many online suppliers) from their website over the New Year holiday. Despite the holiday, the delivery came super quick (far earlier than the delivery that the local pharmacy was offering), and they were lovely and friendly on the phone. Highly recommended! Appalling service. Placed an order on 26th April 2020 and payment was taken. After 9 days, no order was received and I'd received no communication whatsoever. When I queried this by email, I received a response stating "due to the codeine-containing ingredients in the medicine, photo ID is required". I had in fact received this notification during checkout 9 days ago, and uploaded my driving licence ID. Full proof of ID was provided at checkout.
So yesterday I again emailed a photo of my driving licence. Some one hour later I received a FURTHER email (apparantly from someone else, who had not

Excellent service. Great price product which I have been unable to get in any pharmacy locally. I will definitely use again rather than queueing in a store only to reach the till to find out the item I want is out of stock. Highly recommend. Order arrived next day.

I have bought medication from My Pharmacy on multiple occasions now and I have never had any issues with my orders.
Reasonably priced and a timely delivery.
I have also been notified when my orders have been received, approved, despatched and delivered. I would recommend!

No items received, refund promised, excuses bout technical hitch and refund should be recived in 3 to 5 days, more broken promises. no refund still notgot my money back.
clear from other reviews that you are defrauding, lies and deception and gaining from keeping customers money. courts and baliffs visits are next step.
