What a ridiculous post saying you rang up to enquire about services, they are a family business and you say the phone was put down on you, I don't believe this. I have bought from Hollianna twice so far and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I also bought some cushions that I've never seen elsewhere. Thanks Christine

I contacted the company to enquire toward their services and the representative was vacant and unwelcoming, didn't get as far as the services before they hung up on me! Shame.
