Services
Our restaurant is available for birthday parties, small weddings, family gatherings, business lunches, dinners and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. We try to use local suppliers as much as possible, including Welch Fishmongers in Newhaven, The Buffalo Farm Butchers near Kirkcaldy.
Breaded and stuffed with local haggis served with a baby leaf salad and garlic mayonnaise. Layers of Scottish black pudding and traditional Spanish chorizo topped with a poached egg. Served with tender stem broccoli and baby potatoes, with a sun blushed tomato, basil and red pepper salsa. A selection of locally sourced seafood steamed in white wine and garlic, with cream and parmesan and baby potatoes finished with toasted pine nuts and cress.

Was quite disappointed to feel rushed out the door from the moment we arrived! We had a table booked for 6:15 pm and the staff were very rude! They turned the main lights off and the fire place off also had the hoover going also turning people away at the door at 6:30 but they don’t shut until 9pm! Can’t complain about the food tho

It's a lovely place, fantastic atmosphere and views are spot on. Fairly priced with great menu if you're a meat eater but there's very little to maybe one choice if you're vegan or two if you're vegitarian. There's always a couple side dishes though. No pizza or anything really appealing for kids except the puddings. Cakes are fantastic 👌 huge servings. Difficult if you're gluten free. Very very little choice. If someone was gluten free and vegan then they likely wouldn't find anything on the menu. Can not fault the staff at all though. Very friendly efficient everything ordered delivered and

Very good location, staff were friendly. Good menu. I had the traditional Scottish breakfast which didn't include tomatoes which to me is always a bonus having not to ask to exclude something. Prices are on the high side, probably because of the location. But happy with what was served.

We had a fantastic family meal at The Railbridge Bistro, kids portions were very generous and the chicken goujons were homemade from chicken breast. I had fish and chips and they were delicious with homemade tartare sauce! We all had dessert with the kids eating ice-cream and a chocolate brownie!

I liked the food except the grilled haddock. It was smelly of bacon which completely disgusted me after having told we were intolerant to the bacon or beef. After having spent fifty pounds on a meal for 2 people its the least you can expect. Otherwise thw views were fantastic and service as lovely too. The icecream they provide in house was yummy too. Overall a mixed experience due to being a costly affair. One more thing, kids menu should be called out and repeated while taking down the order clearly to avoid a surprise and waste of time and money
