The staff don't listen to your questions on the phone. Then the management call you back after you've had a poor experience to rectify it only to not agree and talk over the top of you while talking. There is another spa close to them I booked there I suggest you do the same... Much nicer experience and people.

What an experience! We were booked for a spa day for my mum's birthday. We had a lovely welcome, enjoyed champagne in the hot tub. The barrel sauna is so unique.
Treatments were absolutely incredible. My back hasnt felt this good in ages since my intensive muscle release full body massage!
Lunch was amazing too, we both had the chicken, bacon, and avocado salad and ate everything.
Definitely an experience I would recommend!

Can't say enough. Took me in on short notice and had two girls working on my nails. So friendly and skilled. Really made me feel welcomed as lm a tourist. Out of 10 they get a 12.
