From the start of our production process, right to the moment when you're using one of our fabulous products, you can be satisfied that we've thought about our workers, the environment, and you every step of the way. Our raw shea butter, palm oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter and black soap products are produced in cooperatives in Ghana, using traditional methods that don't harm the environment, producing 100% organic products.
Infused with the calming scent of Lavender, this nourishing body butter is a real treat. The Evening primrose oil makes this a great addition to your skincare routine if you have sensitive skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.

Akoma customer service is non existence.
This is a company which advertises on its website that it supports the women of Ghana. How can they be supporting women of Ghana when the customers who are helping them to partly achieve this by purchasing from akoma they ignore by giving bad customer service? Akoma in other words are losing customers due to their bad customer services. I have never dealt with a company like this that you can send several messages to asking someone from customer service to get in touch, and they completely ignore those messages. Companies knows that good customer services

How is it possible to not have my issue resolve until now??? The first time I was contacted by the customer service, it took me 3 days to respond, but then I kept checking my email every time. This issue started on 24 October 2018 when I ordered my products and I selected the wrong shipping method; I was contacted on the next day by the customer… service regarding this situation but unfortunately I only answered 3 days later. I asked to change the shipping method and to include another product in my order. After that, I asked to cancel my order because I wasn´t getting any response
