I was in dire need of a place to stay in Dundee - the staff at Tayforth were happy to help. They listened to my property requirements and quickly recommended several places they had available.
When I was unable to do in person viewings they were happy to supply me with video tours of any apartments I requested.
Since finding me an ideal property the property manager has been nothing but attentive to any concerns I had.

We really enjoyed our stay in a house at Cellardyke, perfect location and great services. We received a lovely welcome package, the house was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed and more. Jill is very professional and efficient, we received very detailed and useful information before arrival. The house itself is close to Anstruther, a great spot to explore beautiful Fife. Acorn Court is lovely and quiet with amber parking space. Everyone had a fantastic time there. Thank you very much for letting us stay and I will definitely go back again. Duo

I couldn't recommend Tayforth Properties more if I tried. After using many letting agents in Dundee and trusting them with our properties and tenants but just not getting a great service we decided to move over to Tayforth 2 years ago and have not looked back since. Communication has always been fantastic - we know what is going on with our properties but are not hassled with the small detail. We have also had great feedback from our tenants about dealing with Tayforth. Voids are never an issue for us as whenever we do have a tenant move out, we always have a fast turnaround and someone new move

I was contacted by Tayforth after struggling to let my flat in Dundee on my own via Gumtree. They managed to find me a tenant within a fortnight and even offered me the first 2 months management free! Really happy with the service so far. Great friendly staff who are always happy to see you when you pop into their office. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
