As a temp, I had been working with a few agencies and I have never been out of work thanks to their support. It takes two to tango. They will get their receptionist to tell you that the person you want to speak isnt there ..when in fact they actually in the office.
If you going to get people to sign up with your "company" at least have the decency to reply or engage with them.

Dealt with them for over 2 years and wanted a job relevant to my experience and knowledge in Property & Facilities Management. Must admit I had to chase them up on a few occasions, peak Covid times everyone was low in energy, but team Abbatts never gave up on me and even helped with some temping opportunities (when I had no work), and a special rate that not many were getting at the time.

I tried to work for them in 20XX and it was great work and great places they sent me to. I worked in 2005 and it was even better! Then in 2008 again it was fabulous!
I worked for Abbats in 2010 as I needed some extra earnings and it was very good too.
Recently, I have received permanent placement from them and I would like to say
SPECIAL PERSONAL THANKS to Mr Aurfan Ramzan
( in fact it coincided that they have offered me 2 great positions at the same time so I had to hesitate which one to choose.

I was able to get an interview quiet quickly with the exact job spec and salary base expected. However, I am yet to receive feedback after 3 weeks. I have contacted the senior recruiter and he has not got back to me. It appears Abbatt's focus more on Temp roles. If you want to progress within this industry find a more proficient Recruitment company. Thankfully I was able to find another position. All in all, they are good but lack good job spec's/salary and support throughout the recruitment process. If your looking for a receptionist/Concierge/ role you will be fine . Not bad. not great and certainly

Very strange way to run a business. I was invited for an interview at their office for a concierge role. My experience is very strong so thought I'd get something fairly quickly. I went along, after being taken into a room, I was asked about my CV with zero mention of what I had achieved or even what I wanted. The woman was more keen to get rid of me. After under 5 minutes I was told I won't find it hard to get a job and they would call me the day after for a follow up. One week went past and no news, so I emailed them asking what would happen next. Not even a reply to say they have nothing. I

Stay away from this agency, they don't care for the well being of their employees. The worst duty of care ever!
Was confirmed for a concierge position though in fact it was patrolling, different job, different ppe requirements.
Raised a concern with the agents who booked me & now been ignored them. All attempts of communication gone unanswered. Even when raised a concern over been underpaid on a job.

Jo from Abbatt has been great to me. She found me suitable for the job after meeting her in person and adding me on Linkedin. During the interview stages with her client (who have her in high regards, as they've used her for a while now) she has provided a service to me as a candidate that I won't forget.
