Same here, if I could have given minus stars, I would have. Worst company I have ever dealt with, ever so unprofessional and I can even say rude. They didn't even bother to attend site to give an accurate quote. He cannot formulate a proper email, cannot spell or punctuate. But above all, to come back to me and say "I knew it was a waste of time", it is ever so rude. This is a cowboy company who just wants to rip people off!! I would never use them or recommend to anyone!! Unprofessional, rude and immature!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Possibly the WORST customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Martin Lewis, CEO visited our office to discuss the works and promised to send over a quote. I had to chase for the quote but wasn’t a problem, I then had to make 3 phones and many emails JUST to confirm a date for the works. I wasn’t in a rush and just wanted a confirmed date, Martin ignored my emails but finally responded with a confirmed date and said he would be in touch beforehand. He didn’t contact me before the date and didn’t bother to turn up on the agreed date
