Once instructed by you we will arrange excellent quality photos to be taken, write a description and start marketing your property. In addition to advertising on our own website your property will be uploaded to all the major internet portals so it reaches an extensive audience. We will also share details of your property to all our existing applicants who are actively looking for a property to rent.
Descriptions of the property are subjective and are used in good faith as an opinion and NOT as a statement of fact. Please make further specific enquires to ensure that our descriptions are likely to match any expectations you may have of the property. We have not tested any services, systems or appliances at this property.
The first step is to contact local letting agents in your chosen area and register on their rental database. You could visit their office, but you could use their website registration or go via their properties on Rightmove or Zoopla. Make sure that you are clear about what you want especially the number of bedrooms and your budget.

I rented a property from Longbow Property for just over 3 years and I would highly recommend their service for anyone looking to live in South West London. Jinay and Victoria were always extremely professional and helpful, responding to concerns and questions promptly and informatively. The property I rented was in an excellent condition when I rented it and had obviously been maintained to a high standard. I never had any issues in contacting Longbow Property for repairs or services and tradesmen were always sent out quickly and repairs done quickly. I would not hesitate to rent again from Longbow
