We operate an emergency call out system for both parts and workshop during the busiest times of the year. The best agricultural farm machinery company in Devon they put the customer first with good knowledge and equipment I am running on a tight budget but they are still helpful if I had the money I would like to buy a tractor from them because I know I would get good quality service only Down side is workshop tools hard to get but otherwise brilliant company

Great company to do business with, found both the spares and service department staff polite and extremely helpful . One good example I have had a few problems with a very old G1buggy but the service manager and his staff have always been able to help me out with either advice or actual repair and always good backup from the spares dept , thank you, well done to all .

Having spent a number of months trying to resolve an issue with a Polaris drive shaft this company supplied, I can honestly say that the service and attitude is not good enough. The measure of company's quality can be judged on how they respond when things go wrong. In this instance, I feel strongly that this firm doesn't care, which is completely in tune with Polaris Britian Ltd attitude. They have supplied an incorrectly sized drive shaft and its cost a lot of money to adapt the vehocle to recieve it, its a Polaris fault but this firm have protected Polaris and from what i can see, hindered my

After been given the run around by Tavistock Machinery I came to CR Willcocks. The counter staff were excellent and gave me good practical advice. The prices were competetive and they were able to get parts for me to do the work myself that TM said were only available to dealers. I have been using CRW now for about 5 years and we now buy all our garden machinery and goods from them. Honestly, it is so good to be able to write a 5 star review about someone and know they deserved it and a relief to find good local service.
