Took something in for custom engraving. Order done by email and phone. Turned around the SAME DAY. Great service and done in a safe manner. Give them a call if you want anything done.The shutters are down but they are still trading.

Excellent service yet again. Phoned through order, proof sent within 10 minutes (ordered engraved glass before) ready to collect in a couple of days. Reasonable price, good customer service. Will be back for another retiree whiskey glass in the future 👍🏻

Tom was superb, I couldn't find anywhere to engrave a piece of jewellery due to restrictions but Tom not only sorted it for me he did it the same say while I waited in the car. Amazing job and super service. Highly recommend!!

I was promised that my order would be finished before my friends birthday and that they’d text me when it was completed, I didn’t receive a text! After I emailed them, they replied saying they’d finished it on time and hadn’t text!!! And then didn’t offer any discount (considering it was now a late birthday present and the product looked awful!) in the end I had to reorder the item because the ngraving looked so bad, so I ended up spending £50 on a £20 gift, I am beyond angry!!!!

Great service. Despite initial concerns when a name was spelled incorrectly on a silver-plated salver, the company offered to replace the salver without charge. They then engraved the new one with the names of all previous winners, in matching font to correct previous mismatches by other engravers, and also corrected a previous engraver’s spelling mistake.
