Dire service from this bunch of crooks.
I placed an order online for some times - the site advised a 2 week wait. More than 6 weeks later they were unable to tell me when it would be in (if I was lucky enough to get them to answer their phone or their messages). I cancelled the order and they acknowledged the cancellation, advising that the refund would be processed. No refund. I phoned, I messaged - no refund. I went into the Ayr Road shop and a man told me that he was processing the refund there and then - he lied to my face, and no refund came through. I eventually got a refund by going through

Awful service, placed order in Feb 2021, waited for item to be in stock since then, no communication, no updates, if i walk into the shop i get fobbed off by the manager who says they dont deal with online orders, then chased email after email and numerous calls, get promised a refund and nearly 3 weeks later despite chasing twice no refund, i wish i read these reviews before i ordered from here. im one for giving each business a chance to rectify, but this one has definite taken the biscuit. AVOID

My experience has been terrible. Placed an order online and got confirmation straight away. That was the last I heard from blossoms its been 4 weeks now and nothing, no goods delivered, not even an expected delivery date. Went into the store in East Kilbride and was advised they have nothing to do with the online orders so they tried to call the owner/managers and basically were told to get rid of me. I called the number listed on the website and was told the manager was not in that day and I would get a callback. Guess what no callback. This has no happened 4 times!!! This manager seems to have

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered uniform items in July and paid for them. Still not received part of order and no refund despite several conversations with staff and assured I would be refunded. Have called the store, no answer. Emailed, no response. Still no refund or uniform

Ordered 2 polo shirts and 1 girls blazer from the East Kilbride store and although one of the staff seemed very out of their depth I got my items ordered and on time for starting P2. Last week I took one of the polo shirts from the packaging as it was my daughter's first PE day to find that there was a hole in the back of one of them, contacted Blossoms and they happily exchanged it then yesterday I went to put the replacement on and this also has a hole in the back of it and now I've heard nothing back from the company after sending pics and telling them that the replacement is also damaged.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOSSOMS!!!!!
My son starts P1 on Monday and have I have no uniform other than a blazer. Was advised blazers are priority and they didn’t know when my other items would be in. I ordered them 6 weeks ago. No one answers messages of phone. When I picked up the blazer I was advised the manager would call and update however no call. Shocking, out of pocket with no uniform and struggling to find any stores with it.

Horrible service, you cannot even contact them. I’m trying to cancel my order and not getting through to anybody, called over a hundred times. No response to my Facebook messages either. Causing me so much hassle. Needing to get my order cancelled asap, luckily I live near Ayr road branch so going to have to go speak to them in person to fix this. If I could give no stars I would. Manager looked like he had no clue what he was doing, didn’t seem fit to be running such a busy shop in peak school season

I ordered a blazer for my little girl starting P1 from this company on the 9th July after hearing and reading mixed reviews! WORST DECISION I've made, the lack of communication from this company is unreal. They do not answer their phone, staff in the east kilbride shop didn't have a clue and were just saying anything to get me back out the door. I messaged via Facebook and I did get a response saying my order should be in the shop the week beginning 9th August .. I still haven't received my order to date.
I advise anyone who like me are thinking about giving them a chance ... do not waste your

This is the worst shop we have ever dealt with in our entire life’s. Would say customer service is terrible but they would have to actually answer there phone in order to review this part. Between 5 family members we have all been calling non stop for days and no one had the common decency to answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTA. Our daughter will be without her blazer due to a broken promise from this farce of a company.

Ordered before the summer holidays began and my order hasn’t arrived and they don’t even know what I’m talking about. Ordered a fair amount of logo school wear for my daughter starting primary 1 and to be let down and fobbed off at every occasion. When I went to store again for the 3rd time I was told the manager ‘might’ have my order I would either receive a refund or it would be delivered but either way I’d be called and informed- that was on Friday morning and I’m still waiting with calls/messages being read and ignored. Every single person who was at store had the same problem
