A Notary Public (or Notary) authenticates and legalises documents, particularly those for use abroad. The worst notary to deal with. Did not tell me his charges. Refitted the document sent by my lawyer which was for a ledger paper to an A4 size paper and said he charges 195£ an hour and that it took him 2hours to do the fitting on the A4 size. Total scam artist. Did not notorise my documents and was planning to charge me reformat the document.
He was even following me around at my work place to harrass me to pay him for work not done. Guess his surname matches the word harass.
