We work with a wide variety of clients ranging from high street retailers, multiple stores, private single ownership premises and head office refurbishments to private dwellings, church, school and college refurbishments.
Predominately a shopfitting and refurbishment company, we also offer similar services to other clients - either provided as individual projects or as a combination of several services. Services
From our base in Cumbria, we service some of our clients on a national basis. For other clients we operate on a regional basis covering the north of England plus Scotland. Many projects undertaken are for well-known international high street retailers, although we also work for independent retailers and private individuals.
It is often possible to combine various works mentioned above. For example, a store may require sales floor re-decoration, installation of up-graded lighting and new flooring along with staff room improvements back of house including new toilets, and kitchen/dining areas. As a member of Construction Line, buyers can be reassured that we have been assessed to government and industry standards.
Health and Safety files contain information not only on day to day cleaning but also details on planned maintenance and associated documents such as 'as built' drawings, Electrical Test Certificates, Maintenance Manuals and COSH details for installed items. Copies of insurance documentation can be forwarded upon request.
Often a client may have an idea that needs to be put down visually and tweaked before construction, so that everyone knows what they are going to get on completion. This may just require setting out dimensioned drawings or they may need initial conceptual images. We can be commissioned to produce conceptual images, construction drawings, 3D dimensioned drawings and setting-out plans.
