The website misled me into buying the incorrect size football. I have asked for them to pay for the potage for return, however they have refused, even though they admit that their website changed the order to the next available size, without adequate notice.
I just don't understand why any decent company will not treat customers fairly in these unfortunate situations.
They have not only lost a customer, but I feel cheated and will leave a bad review.

Very poor service. Ordered items nearly 4 weeks ago. Nothing on website to suggest delay of items. Called after 3 weeks and told stock was coming from supplier, would be packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Called back up 5 days later to be told it would be dispatched that day and expect an email for tracking. Called 48 hours later to find it still hadn’t been dispatched!! Shocking. No apology given, just appalling. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Robbed me for £120+ then offered me ‘free personalisation’ of a replacement. As you can see from the image, the green kit is the new ‘bigger’ one and the white is the old ‘too small’ one. When you order a size up you should get a bigger kit? If the fit has changed you should change the images on your website to the new fit of kit + put a banner on the image saying ‘new fit’ to at least draw the buyers attention to the changes in fit? Otherwise, how the hell am I supposed to know?!!!!!!!!!!

I dont understand how you have to pay £2.99 for delivery and 2 weeks later still nothing? website does state 7-10 days delivery i could understand if it was free delivery or something but to charge then take 2 weeks for delivery is wrong. Ordered some socks 29th August and still waiting for them. If I'm honest I probably won't use again because of this reason. If they are in stock surely you can post next day and even with 2nd class stamp its only going to take 2-3 days to arrive...

Waited for 30 days to get name printed rain coat for my boy. They don't tell you that until you have paid. When it finally came, it was too small for his age group. He will hardly be able to use it this winter. I asked them to exchange for one bigger. They refused, told me to place new order. Disappointed to say the least. Definitely not giving them any more of my hard earned money!

Made a £2000.00 enquiry asking for a quote, i was sent a generic response back to advise that you cannot give customers quotes and you simply need to do it yourself online, i thought that was poor and that you weren't getting the right sales experience from a company that is a specialist in this field. I did receive a call from a senior manager (owner) who apologised and i was happy to proceed on that basis. I placed an order £150.00 and it was delivered the next day fantastic i thought. i then had the confidence to place another order £211.00, a few items were sample tops and

Received my home kit for my team today, the turn around on orders was top notch and I'm over the moon with the order. I couldn't recommend them anymore, especially as
I used a company called ACA sports for my away kit, and had the worst customer service, and the turn around on my delivery was atrocious.
I'll be coming back to yourselves again for our 2nd batch of training tops without hesitation. And any orders in the future.
