Tim and the team have been amazing. We are first time buyers, so the whole process was quite daunting walking into the unknown. We were so fortunate to have met a team who have supported us throughout. Tim found us a policy that suited our needs - budget-wise and provided the cover we were after. He explained everything clearly, asking if we had any questions along the way. He was very responsive, kept us informed and stayed well connected with other key parties involved in our purchase without us having to chase at all. My husband and I spoke to Tim at Covertree last year as we wanted to look into Critical Illness Cover and perhaps changing our Life Insurance policy, because my husband was keen to go for the Vitality one where you get rewarded for being sporty and doing exercise ... and I am so glad that we did!

I recommended Tim, and Covertree Financial Services to a work colleague who needed help to renew their Employers & Public Liability Insurance.
To make the situation a little more confusing they were also in the process of amalgamating two companies into one at the same time.
They were initially trying to renew through their current broker, who were very slow in updating the insurance and kept delaying saying it was more complicated than a standard renewal.

Both myself and my wife took Income Protection Insurance with Covertree. Jamie sorted out mine and Harry dealt with my wife. We are very happy with service received. Guys were very professional, friendly, had great knowledge of the products and sorted everything out in a timely manner. My wife had to change her cover as her circumstances changed. Harry was very helpful and got her a more suitable cover. Definitely recommended.

I have life insurance that was in place before but I am not happy with the policy and it was not explained properly the content of what I've got. I have search for another insurer online and Tim from Covertree Ltd. dealt with my concerns and his service was superb, explained all the things that I need to know and for my best interest.
