Just had all new doors and windows as well as roofline fitted by Gavin Hughes. Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and assistance from Sonia in the office - nothing too much trouble.
The fitting took place whilst I was out at work. I was worried that I would be coming home to mess each night, but I needn't have worried the house was just as tidy and clean as I had left it - which meant a lot to me! The quality of work is excellent, I am thrilled with the job they have done and thoroughly recommend them! 🙂

We have had windows, external doors and fascias, soffits and gutters replaced by Gavin, and have been totally impressed with the service from quote to installation.
Gavin made himself readily available to discuss all aspects of the price and design to make sure the finished work was entirely to our satisfaction, and his installation team were reliable, friendly and helpful and carried out the work to a quality standard whilst keeping the area clean and safe.

I am really surprised why this company have so good reviews. I've been asking and chasing them to get quote for glass in my windows replacement. 12 days now, 3 messages and no joy. Maybe I need to use some magic words like "abrakadabra" or so? Maybe they're specialists in their job but definitely not in customer service.

Called Gavin at a late stage of our project, needed a space cutting out in an external wall and a door fitting but also needed the door. We were very restricted with time after being let down and the next part of the project had a start date coming up fast. Gavin came round, measured and gave us the time line of what could be done. During the cutting out of the wall there was an issue as there was a gas pipe in the wall that would need to be re-routed. I never knew it was there and we thought we weren't going to get this job complete but Gavin called on a reliable gas engineer to come out quick
