We do it every day and we have been doing it continually for over 27 years. We can quickly colour match the ink to whatever you want it to match to, whether that is a physical sample or a system reference code (such as a Pantone or RAL number). Colour matching is ultimately all about individual visual perception, so all our colour matching is completed and confirmed by the art of the human eye.
PolyVac Screen printing inks are formulated to be suitable for polystyrene in sheet or container form. The inks are fast drying with good screen stability and are tough, resilient and exhibit good gloss when dry. PolyVac thinner B6-91 is recommended with reduction up to 20% For greater screen stability use PolyVac Retarder B6-92.
ViaScreen inks are high gloss Screen Ink suitable for flexible and rigid PVC sheet, The high flexibility of these inks makes them especially suitable for multilayer work. A wide range of acrylic, flexible and rigid PVC sheet is suitable. It is recommended that each grade of PVC used, be tested before a print run to ensure problems of adhesion and blocking do not occur as result of plasticiser.
SatinScreen inks for paper and board are satin, semi-gloss screen printing inks, suitable for a wide variety of display uses. The inks exhibit good strength and mileage with excellent printability and rub resistance. Most types of display paper & boards are suitable. It is advisable to check the inks performance on the particular batch of substrate before starting a print run.
