Approved K-Rend Installers - We are able to install a number of different EWI and render systems. The K-Rend system is one of the most popular render systems in the UK, and is one of the products available in store at many builders merchants in the UK. As such, we have trained K-Rend installers able to install this product for you.

The starting price for external wall insulation cost is approximately 100 / m + VAT for our most popular Silicone Silicate system with a 90mm layer of EPS insulation. This will bring the walls of your home in line with a brand new home built today in terms of the energy efficiency - so you could see your heating bill more than halve.

Lowering energy bills Report

Stripping of Existing Render - Usually only necessary when rendering only or when existing render is in very poor condition. 50mm EPS - For cavity walls or wherebuilding regulations are not needing to be met on solid brick walls. 70mm EPS - For cavity walls or wherebuilding regulations are not needing to be met on solid brick walls.

Poor customer service not reliable. Cancelled work on the day of installation. Paid my deposit got a a contract and on day of installation was given a pack of lies from the project manager of Be Constructive EWI Ltd. Work did not commence despite being given a contract. Wasbpart funded by government grant. Now have to start all over again

Extremely poor customer service. Had to call 8 times just to get a quote. Every time I would call, they would say that they would check with the surveyor and get back to me 'after lunch, 'in a couple of hours, 'by the end of today', 'the next day'. Not once were these met, and I always had to call them up. Then they gave me an incorrect date for my sight surveyor. On the day we called to inform that the surveyor had not arrived, and said that the date we were given was incorrect wrong. They then gave me another date, for the 15th, and said they would give an email confirmation, which they did not

We are very pleased with the work Be Constructive have done on our house. It really transforms the look – and we hope will also transform the cost of heating and the overall cosiness of the house. They demonstrated a really thoughtful attention to detail, both in the quotation stage and then in the work itself – and this clearly distinguished them from other quotes that we had. Although they were not the cheapest – they gave us the confidence we were looking for in such a visible and important aspect of our house improvement project. We would strongly recommend.

I used Be Constructive to re build my house and put in a 100 sqm basement. The works in total lasted for about 16 months so I really got to know the team. They were fantastic. Everything was done to an excellent standard, professionally, on time and within budget. Most importantly, they were always pleasant to deal with and nothing was ever too big an ask. The follow-up service has also been tremendous and any thing I have needed since the completion has been delivered within days of asking. My experience with Be Constructive has been the opposite to what most people seem to undergo with building
