All our practices have passed their Care Quality Comission inspections for safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality patient care. We also provide good value private treatment for adult patients above 18 years of age and anyone else who requests it. The treatment received has been exemplary.
The final look was great, as we could not see, at the beginning that it would be possible to move her teeth from the top of her gum without lots of pain.As it was, there was minimal discomfort. My son was not looking forward to having braces fitted but Dr. Kumar and his team explained the benefits more thoroughly than our own dentist.

Services
At Purely orthodontics we offer a caring service. All our staff are handpicked because of their professional caring attitude towards whole patient care. You will be provided with all the information that you require about your or your childs treatment in order to make an informed treatment decision.
We provide a range of NHS treatments free of charge at Purely Orthodontics to eligible children and teenagers under 18 years old. Kindly note that we are only given funding to treat a fixed number of children each year so there may be a waiting list for treatment. Also, under NHS rules we are only able to provide NHS treatment to children with the most serious problems with their teeth.
All the NHS braces and treatments are also available on a private basis to adult patients and children who do not qualify for NHS treatment. These are a series of clear plastic aligners which gradually straighten the teeth. These are virtually invisible and can be taken out for eating, cleaning and special social occasions.
I as Jack's mum found the practice to be a caring and friendly atmosphere, always clean and Dr. S. Kumar is excellent with children as are his nurses and reception staff. Laura is my third child to receive treatment from Dr. Kumar. Each one has received a completely different treatment plan, with great results for each one.

I spent months visiting other orthodontists with my 15 year old son. Some of them charged me £99 just for the first consultation!!! Purely Orthodontics in Northolt was highly recommended to me by a friend. We had the first consultation at no charge and were told that my sons treatment would fall under their promotion for under 18's, i.e. £1300 for the whole treatment. This is an amazing price, as I have been quoted up to £5000 for the same treatment elsewhere. At the first appointment, my son was made to feel relaxed and comfortable by the orthodontist. The practice is really professional and

I had my braces done with Dr Simiab and I can say that I am very happy with my results. I found My journey throughout my treatment to be very pleasant. Before I started my treatment I was very self conscious when taking photos but now I have a great deal of confidence and get many compliments about my smile & teeth.
I would recommend this practice to anybody thinking about starting their new smile journey as Dr Simab & staff are very Welcoming & friendly.
The location is great too & a real bonus as Northolt underground station is 5 mins up the road & there is loads of parking just across from

Excellent Service! Had my consultation and my experience was pleasant and professional from start to finish. The orthodontist was clear when explaining my options and helped me to think about the option that would be best for me. I would recommend to anyone thinking about getting braces to check them out.

Got my braces off a week ago, I was told my treatment would take 8 months, it took 3 years and when she took them off my teeth still weren’t straight. I paid for privet treatment and she ended up over charging me what I never got the money back after confronting them about it. I’m now stuck at home after not being able to get my retainers off and they are too tight and stuck to my teeth. She never told me how to take them off or checked if they could come off the service was very poor and would not recommend going back.

Awful! At initial appointment after being referred 6 months earlier the dentist here very bluntly told my 12 year old daughter her teeth were badly crooked making her even more self conscious than she already was, then waited 18 months on NHS waiting list to receive a call back to say they were ready to start treatment. Went to the appointment only to be told within 20 seconds by the same dentist that it wouldn’t be done on NHS and that we would need to pay in excess of £1000 if we wanted to go ahead with treatment needed. So all in all 2 years wasted and now 14 year old daughter left feeling

I use to have my treatment there a long time ago. I don't know if she still works there, but the lady called Movarind Simiab is a psychopath. She didn't do my treatment as she was supposed to which is breaking several procedures I believe. I would advise to stay away from this clinic, and try a different one which are a lot better.
