Got my iPhone battery replaced here. Although the phone is fully functional and the maximum capacity of the battery is 100%, the battery level is still dropping at relatively the same level it was before (at 79% maximum capacity) the battery replacement at Lister Phones. This raises one question on whether the new battery installed is authentic or not. Additionally, the serviceman was specifically told not to scratch or dent the exterior of the iPhone, yet when I received the phone back there were a minimum of 3 scratches on the silver coating and one significant dent which infuriated me.
