About us FFM are all about customer care. The management team are made up of individuals that have built up various businesses in their life time. The main driving force behind this has meant they keep a very close eye and have an acute focus on the delivery of accurate quotes rather than estimates and a focal point on the deliverance of each and every project.
You will have noticed that Method Statements are being requested more and more these days by organisations of all sizes and in all industries. The reasoning behind this is so that they can comply with Health and Safety legislation which, requires them to determine the organisation is competent of any work they may be contracted to carry out.
Display screen equipment (DSE) - any alphanumeric or graphical display screen and includes not only computer equipment but also microfiche, liquid crystal displays and process control equipment. The definition does not include television sets unless they are in use for activities such as editing of material.
This comes in a variety of forms depending on what the training is that you require, this may be Fire Warden Training, basic staff training, health & Safety training, fork lift truck training or even first aid training. We can also run 'on-site' emergency first aid at work courses at your premises or at a local venue of your choice.
This course, approved by the Health and Safety Executive, is particularly good for people in environments where there is a lower risk of emergency, either due to the nature of the work or number of employees, or where qualified medial assistance is close at hand. The emergency first aid at work course provides the basic knowledge required to respond quickly should an emergency occur.

Have been working with FFM Services for around 3 years now and have found them invaluable. They have helped us ensure all the essential preventive maintenance is carried out at the required frequency and have been extremely responsive at arranging engineers for any emergency repairs (even if late on a Friday or a weekend!). It is the next best thing to having an in-house facilities manager, and at a fraction of the cost.
