Our team will consult with the customer to ensure their specification and individual needs are met. RW Coatings operates to and maintains the BSI/BS EN AS 9100:2016 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for the Pre-treatment, Powder Coating and Anodising of metals for aviation, architecture, transport and electronic equipment industries.
RW adhere to and maintain BS:12206-1:2004 and offer up to 40 years warranty* with approval from all major powder manufacturers including Valspar Inver Syntha Pulvin, Akzo Nobel Interpon D1036 & D2525, IGP and Axalta DuPont. In 2016, RW installed a new automated powder coating production line featuring ultra modern gun technology and ultrasonic sieving ensuring a consistent finish and fast turnaround of orders.

On a Saturday when I couldn’t get ahold of anybody, Dylan called me back after opening and got me a quote within minutes; even said I could come down to drop off that day. They were four aluminum center caps for enkei wheels I had just bought for which enkei does not make center caps in black. I figured it would take a few days and was given an estimated time frame of by Wednesday. Ended up getting them done that same day and even went two rounds to make sure the center piece(speckled texture) looked as good as the outsides.
