In today's digital world, your personal data is a valuable commodity. However, all too often negligent business processes, human error and cybercrime mean this sensitive data isn't as protected as it should be. A data breach can result in both financial and/or identity theft, the result of either of these can be devastating.
If your personal data has been exposed in an app data breach, we can help you to claim compensation. Apps are an everyday part of modern life which we often give little thought to. But in many cases, we are required to share highly sensitive personal information with the apps we use, including our name, address, date of birth and payment details.
UK financial services firms reported a whopping 480% more data breaches in 2018 than in 2017. And, in the sector, retail banking saw the number of data breach reports jump by a staggering 2400%. Of course, bank fraud is a very serious crime and victims can suffer both financial loss and distress.
But, while we often worry about hackers and cybercriminals getting hold of our banking and credit card details, in many cases, simple human error can also have devastating consequences. So, to protect us from financial data breaches and cybercrime, it is vital that there are adequate and robust protections in place to secure the data and information held within it.

If your data is allowed to fall into the wrong hands, it can have very serious consequences, including financial losses, emotional distress and loss of privacy.
The public sector is privy to a wide range of our sensitive information, and this data is regularly shared between organisations and departments as part of modern governance and the delivery of public services. But, with data breaches on the rise, government bodies must do more to improve cybersecurity.

Before I was able to provide tangible evidence of my data being breached, the girl called 'Abby' decided she was the 'expert' and felt that "it was something they couldn't help with" - air-hostess types should not be allowed anywhere NEAR a Solicitor's firm let alone taking calls from the general public. Hayes Conner Solicitors will lose out on business if they continue to allow incompetent; lazy, arrogant individuals with delusions of grandeur like Abby to 'represent' their firm as a first-point of contact.

Only made an email enquiry for information regarding a data breach issue and also asked how fees work however what I received was a generic template with a link to a questionnaire with no answer to my question. They then followed up with several emails, which I ignored as they failed to reply to my initial response and answer my question regarding how they work regarding fees. They then sent an email which stated "Further to our telephone conversation" with several attachments. This threw me because I had only sent one email, I had made no attempts to speak to anyone, which they later confirmed

Following seeing one of their adverts I contacted them to ask if they could look in to an incident where my personal data was breached by a company based outside the UK, which had since ceased trading. I received a phone call from Abbie Ellison where I was informed they needed either written confirmation of the data breach from the company or the ICO, which would mean in this case it would have to be the ICO. She assured me the ICO would look in to it, despite the data breach being committed by a foreign company. I contacted the ICO and once I had a response (which stated the ICO couldn't take

I contacted the firm over a week ago. They took a long time to even just call me, and when they did it was from an unknown number.
They called and just said they couldn’t take my case.
They offered no help nor any advice. I’m glad they didn’t take my case.
For context purposes I was one of those individuals who were ripped off by Coinbase
