Absolutely the worst - our wedding was ruined.
Stereo in the Hummer was very difficult to connect - the cable supplied was frayed and would not connect . We were able to get music thru the bluetooth on the stereo but we should not have had to figure this out on our own whilst in the middle of our rental.
The breakdown of the vehicle. The Hummer broke down in the center of London and could not be restarted. Herts however did not immediately contact us to offer transportation from the site of the breakdown to our destination. We were left by your firm to organise our own transport and this is

Rented a stretch limo for a 3 hour night tour of London last week during my visit. The driver was very professional and arrived on time. He covered all of the key spots I wanted to go to and given the typical London traffic, covered the areas in a timely manner. The limo drive included free champagne and drinks for the children. I would highly recommend this company for others and when in London, would use them again.
