We started trading in Cromer in 1996 in possibly the smallest shop in town. In 2001 we moved to much larger high street premises and have since taken on the adjoining shop, which has given us the much needed space to house more specialist engraving equipment. Alongside our engraving service we offer while you wait key cutting.

With more than 10,000 key blanks in stock, we are able to cut most household keys while you wait. Shoe repairs are also carried out on site. We have more than 25 years experience in this trade and carry out repairs using traditional leather soles & heels and their more modern equivalents.
Services
Established in 1996, over the years we have engraved a varied and eclectic mix of items from trophy plates to trumpets! We can engrave on to a wide range of materials including pewter, stainless steel, brass, wood, leather, glass and more, which means we can create something truly unique to you. If you are a company or club, we can personalise awards & merchandise by including your logo, and matching the lettering to your corporate style.
Our stainless steel plaques are engraved by laser, so the engraving is literally burnt into the surface of the metal. The beauty of this is that where required, we are able to resolve really fine detail in the engraving, whether it be a complex logo or really small text. The stainless steel that we use is normally 1mm thick - a little less than the 1.5mm brass.
Once you have decided which layout to go for, FIRSTLY SELECT THE NUMBER OF LETTERS IN THE LONGEST LINE. If you get this wrong, you may be over or undercharged & things get a whole lot more complicated sorting it out! The next step is to choose from the 3 letter size options (not all letter sizes are available on every plaque size).
Being a small family business our focus is very much on our customer. We understand that it's not always possible to find exactly what you want straight off the shelf, so we will work with you to achieve the best fit for your needs. We very much have a 'Can Do' approach to our work. Neil Thompson Boats based just along the coast from us in Wells, required 'Builder and Boat Number Plates' to fit to their hand built boats.
Perhaps, they are more fashion conscious, in which case a glitter tag is probably the correct choice - but which one? If they just want a tag that will match their lead & collar, have a look through the choices in the enamel tag range. Little Oscar here shows that our tags come with a healthy dose of elevated street credential included as standard!

I can't comment on whether or not they've done a good job on my boots because every time I try to collect them the shop is closed! I always check the hours on the internet before I come but when I arrive the doors are locked and nobody is there. This has been going on for over a week!
