They lovely warm welcoming owner of What NEW YORK WEARS, certainly encourages positive mental health and self awareness by informing size 14/16 customers that there dresses are Italina designs and are extremely small made all whilst looking me up and down in sheer disgust. my question was did she have a fitting room for me to try on an dress with… an XL tag attached to it's! I'm sure the forge are overjoyed to hear this is how their customers are being treated. I suggest someone watches Pretty Woman and sees how detrimental things like this can be to someone!!! for someone with a previous

Good shopping mall. Nice to see a couple of the shops (Card Factory & Primark) adopting the safety measures as soon as they were announced again, although disgusted to see the amount of people not wearing masks.

Mostly pound shops and stalls selling cheap rubbish for mobile phones. Couple decent shops I think. Not the best shopping centre I've been in. Wouldn't be in a particular rush to go back. Had to collect an online order of books from The Works store. Get 'em delivered next time save me going.

Santa’s grotto this year what a let down !! Had to pay before hand £14 which is fine but my 3 year old granddaughter was scared there was no encouragement from the elves (assistant) both of them did not smile or interact with her at all , Santa did try and was pleasant but the assistants were terrible when she did not want a photo there was no help… in persuading her just a shrug of the shoulders and the toy was a small recorder you get in a child’s magazine so not great value at all , if they had been nice and at least spoke to her I would have been fine with that , but

Although masks are now the customers choice there are many people choosing not to wear face masks so anyone with health issues should be prepared to take precautions. Car park is free and in very good condition 3 different entrances and exits adjacent to car park.

I would recommend everywhere in the forge apart from daisy nails. New set of Acrylic on yesterday £33 and today one has snapped right off my finger. It took the lassie about 10min to do a full set and it was… all rushed. I will be going back tomorrow for a refund and certainly won’t be going back
The 2nd picture is what they are meant to look like

Shopping centre was quiet which helps. This is my first visit in 20 years after a severe panic attack. The shop staff in the shop we visited were very friendly. The easy access to disabled spaces made it easier too.

It's been years since I last visited & I was pleasantly surprised. The centre was so clean, bright & welcoming with a good variety of shops. I'll certainly be paying another visit.

Avoid this place at all cost, it's very run down and there aren't many good shops here. There's quite a depressing vibe and overall has bad places to eat or get a coffee. Not much variety at all and most of the shops are cheaper stores. The car park is also fairly pricey compared to other shopping malls which have free parking.

Can’t thank security (young lady and young man) enough today - Sunday 8/8/21 - for their quick thinking professionalism, friendliness and empathy when my daughter had a fainting episode in Costa. Honestly guys you are absolute credit to this mall as I can only imagine what you have to see/deal with daily. Keep up the good work - lovely to know how, we - the public, are looked after behind the scenes. 5 🌟.
