Used this company for the last twenty years with various moves. Nicola Penny and the team are top of the game, Nicola sorted a problem out in an instant and dealt with all business relating to the sad sale of our Mum and Dads family home. I would rate this company very highly 5*****.

Acting on a personal recommendation, I engaged Nicola Penny to buy and then a few years later sell a property with a tricky leasehold. During both processes, I enjoyed the personal and good-humoured service she provided. The costs were signifcantly lower than those of firms closer to the property itself. After the sale was complete, my estate agent mentioned how much he had enjoyed working with Nicola.

Have used twice for buying & selling houses. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
They are often very busy so sometimes had to chase them a bit to get info, nothing too frustrating though.
