Parc Play
Our indoor, outdoor and undercover play and seating areas mean the fun continues whatever the weather. For toddlers we've got an artificial grass meadow with tunnels, hills and slides, toddler swings and a big sand & water play area with pirate ship, raft and builder site! Older children will love the zip wire, huge double slide, timber castle, air hockey and more!

Adults can bask in the sunshine on a deck chair or shelter from the showers in the Cafe area with a coffee & free wifi!

I took my kids to Parc Play this evening 5:30 to 7:30pm. It was the worst time there! The staff are so unfriendly, they never smile, I ordered hot chocolate drinks and chips, the chips came after 25minutes! The staff member literally threw the paper box on the table and went away, without even apologising for being late, my daughter was starving. I don’t recommend that place. I hope they look into it and try to upgrade their service!

Lovely place for small children. Went to a 3 years old birthday party all the children really enjoyed themselves. Brilliant place for children to play. Only thing I thought the coffee was a bit on the price side at £3 a cup

My two children love Parc Play, it's the only play place I take them to as its so open with fresh air so I feel its safer to play than indoor play areas. The staff are so happy, polite, friendly and you can see they thoroughly enjoy working in a children's play place as they talk to the children and smile/wave. Variety of play areas for children of all ages. Indoor and outdoor play so perfect for all weather. The cafe also have different types of drinks, snacks and foods so plenty to choose from. Reasonable priced entry and we all enjoy our monthly visit.

Very quiet when we visited. £6 seems expensive for a 18 month old, for 3 slides and a tunnel. I think the older children might enjoy it more, but for now, probably wouldn't be coming back in a hurry

Brilliant place.
Perfect for parties and also play dates.
Indoor outdoor experience ,.Walking distance from town center so quite often when either my husband or I needs to go into town, the other one come here to occupy the children .
Coffee and Wifi also good.

Kids love the place...
Plenty of parking but the car park is very uneven with deep pot holes.
Toilets were not very clean when we visited.
Refreshments are overpriced but you can take your own.
The place doesn't seem to be very clean overall but I guess it's a children's play centre.

Our favourite play centre to be sure, love the mix of indoor and outdoor areas. The biggest thing is their COVID procedures make me feel safe while there with my son. They limit numbers and prebook only so it never feels crowded.

Brilliant place! I've been coming with my little boy since he was 2, he's now 5. There has always been lots of age appropriate equipment for him. He absolutely loves coming. His favourite is the water play in the sand area (top tip: bring a change of clothes or 2)

Lovely clean environment, friendly staff and a fair amount of things for kids to do. Sand and water was lots of fun. Great prices for food too, only thing menu could have done with perhaps was some sandwich options for kids. Other than that, fab place.

Visited today at 12:30 and it was great, the small numbers really helped it feel safe and secure. Kids loved being able to play freely and even inside felt bright and airy. The staff were all lovely and helpful… and special mention to the member of staff who let us back in at the end of our session and helped us find my daughters ring, you saved us lots of heartache! The tea cake was pretty delicious too!

We bought an annual membership for our daughter which we found a bit steep but the fact that we can take her out even in the rain and that they have made it safe for the toddlers justifies it. Also they do events for the kids quite often like meet the bunny, meet the ponies etc which is great and is free for the members. Parents accompanying the child with the annual membership go free. Picnics are welcomed.
Only downside is I found it a bit cold even the covered area, we have to keep our jackets on...

Easy enough to go from Cardiff train station. But would recommend it for either under 2 or 3/4+ as my toddler could only play with the sand mainly as the toddler meadow is too easy for mine and other play areas I'd say are a bit too difficult and for older kids (they do say for 3+). Food was okay not exciting. Keep the entrance ticket you get £1 off when you spend more than £5 in the cafe there.

One of the very few play centres I've been to with indoor & outdoor facilities. Very good all in all, but can't speak for everything as we went for a kids party, which was well prepared and catered. Needs some decent coffee tho.
