Services
We manufacture and supply injection moulded plastic components weighing from just a few grams up to over 1,500 grams. In-mould, in-line and off-line processes increase the scope of products that we are able to offer. From a simple moulding to complex assemblies including secondary processes, we've got the skills and expertise to deliver.
Formula Plastics manage the tooling process, providing a highly experienced and knowledgeable link between the customer's designers and the toolmaker to ensure that the tool is designed to maximise production efficiency and achieve the customer's quality and commercial needs. Our project management service will ensure that the tool is manufactured on time, within budget and will produce moulded components that exactly meets your requirements.
