Services
This calculator provides UK Economy (2-3 days), UK Express (Next Day) and Overseas (as stated) options for the secure transportation of your goods. For UK deliveries, if you would like a more guaranteed service and to specify timings/conditions, you will need to select our Express option. We will of course keep you fully advised of the proposed schedule as they develop for all options.
We will carry company photo identification at all times and give our names if you write or telephone us. We want to know when customers are not satisfied with our services so that we can uphold our customer commitments and try to put matters right. Should you encounter a problem or have a complaint, please telephone or write.
The vehicles that build up our fleet are hand picked by our exerts to meet both the practical and environmental demands of our clients. We regularly review and upgrade our fleet to ensure we always have the right vehicle available. Investments in the security and tracking of all our vehicles ensure your consignment is always safe and on time.
We are committed to lowering our carbon footprint and providing a green courier service. By investing in new vehicles that utilise the latest in technology, we are constantly reducing the amount of fuel we use per vehicle year on year. This alone means that our fleet emits less carbon and other potentially harmful bi-products.
At Hi-Speed, we understand the importance of giving back to our local community. We will continue to support local events taking place in 2021 and look forward to sharing further details over the course of the year. It is a particularly challenging time for smaller, local charities and we want to do more to help over the coming months.

Rude driver who when asked to apologise won't, doorstepped a whole consignment without signiture because he wasn't willing to hang around.
When main office was confronted, and asked if a complaint I was told that he won't appologise and they aren't willing to do anything about it.
Decided to put our logistics elsewhere!
