Requested them to replace a front door. Existing door was old, in poor condition and fitted poorly. The work delivered from TWS was opposite end of the scales. Fitment and look of product is better than we expected and quality of the product was really good too.
As a bonus, asked them to look at our existing windows as we had no keys for the locks and a broken barrel in one handle. Fitter replaced all four for us free of charge.
Would highly recommend if you want a new front door, their showroom is really good and every single person from the company we spoke to or dealt with were polite, helpful

We would recommend TWS as being an excellent supplier and installer of Quality windows and doors. The whole experience has been good with the work being carried out to a high standard. The installers ( James and Lewis) were pleasant and efficient, even having to battle wind and rain did not delay them. TWS provided an excellent service from start to finish. Everything was dealt with professionally and nothing was too much trouble for them. The fitters were excellent as was the builder who enlarged a pair of doors in our kitchen. The windows are high quality and represent a big upgrade to our house both aesthetically and in terms of the property now being much warmer. Would thoroughly recommend.
