Established in 1989 by myself Gary Dunn. When I was younger I was interested in classic cars and film making, both very expensive hobbies at the time. I started off as a taxi driver and bought my first Mercedes which I resprayed white and pretty soon I was doing airports, theater runs and of course weddings.

Gary was absolutely fantastic from start to finish on our special day. He arrived early and was more than happy to do multiple runs to and from our venue to the church before the ceremony. After our ceremony he took us on a lovely trip around the countryside then back to the venue and was more than happy to stay while we and our guests had photos taken with his fantastic Beauford. I’d highly recommend Gary and Abbey Wedding Cars.

Myself and the other bridesmaids booked Gary and the car as a surprise for our Bride. Booking and communicating was very easy as was receiving his service on the day. The car arrived in plenty of time before we headed to the church then waited to take the bride and groom to the venue. After doing so he waited around as agreed and the bride and groom got some stunning photos with it as arranged upon booking. Gary was a lovely guy who's professional service meant we had nothing to worry about with the car. Would highly recommend! What a gorgeous car. We are very pleased and to say the Bride was too

TERRIBLE CAR SERVICE ON OUR WEDDING DAY!
I booked a Rolls Royce Phantom for our wedding day for 3 hours. The Driver left after LESS THAN AN HOUR giving very flimsy excuses, passive aggressive attitude and even blaming the bride for leaving, when clear instructions had been communicated a few days before the wedding on the phone and multiple booking forms and emails.
We did not get a SINGLE picture together with the car which is the whole reason we paid over £500 for a 3 hour service. If i wanted a nice car to drop my bride of less than a mile from the hotel to the venue, I could have booked

I would highly recommend abbey weddings brilliant service. We booked a car for my friends wedding and it was stunning super clean and tidy very efficient with times and the bride and groom loved it. They had some amazing pictures taken with the car.

I'm not one to usually post reviews unless a) the experience was exceptional or b) the experience was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the car hire Abbey Weddings provided for a wedding I recently attended was the latter. The driver was unfriendly, and LEFT the wedding venue 2 hours earlier than booked for - meaning the groom did not even get to SEE THE CAR, nor could the bridal couple get photographs taken with it. The cars even have trackers in them - meaning the company can confirm the timings and location of the vehicle. Due to the 2 hour early leave, the bride and groom are entitled to at least

I attended my nephew's wedding this month and witnessed a terrible service from Abbey Weddings. The driver was passive aggressive and clearly didn't want to be there.
My sister got married over 30 years ago and they had some lovely pictures in front of a Rolls Royce which the whole family was looking forward to them recreating, Instead the driver left after 47 minutes instead of the 3 hours he was booked, accusing the bride of sending him away without a Single picture of the car and the couple together.
Gary will mostly respond saying this is a fake review but this my experience of his service

Where do i start. The most natural and professional photographs i have even had and experienced.
Gary and his team were amazing and over the top on our wedding 10th December 2016. From consultation to the day it self was stress free and a joy for all.
